## Detailed Architecture
Pivotal Build operates a design, construction, and financing platform for residential properties in the Seattle metropolitan area. To support customer acquisition and project coordination, we engineered their client-facing web application and internal operations dashboard.

The customer portal is built with Next.js and TypeScript, presenting renovation scoping and financing options with sub-second page loads. The internal operations dashboard, built with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components, manages contractor bidding, client estimates, and project timelines. The infrastructure uses automated GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to validate and deploy updates with zero downtime.
